SHIPPING

Every High Risk item is made to order. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, although busy periods, customs, or carrier delays can extend that.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. It can take up to five business days after purchase for tracking to appear.

Check your shipping address before placing the order. Once production starts, I may not be able to change or cancel it. If you notice a mistake, email mowat.will@gmail.com immediately and I will help if the order has not entered production.

If tracking has not updated, or an order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email me with your order number. If a package is marked delivered but missing, also check with the carrier and anyone at the delivery address.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.
