RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email mowat.will@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I will review it and make it right.

Because every item is printed to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or entering the wrong shipping address. Please check the size chart and your order details before completing checkout.

If I approve a return, the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Do not send anything back before contacting me. I will provide the return instructions.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card companies can take additional time to post the credit.

Customers in the European Union keep any cancellation or return rights required by local law.
